Order Picker Lift Truck Operator Training
Order Picker Forklifts, also known as Order Pickers or Stock Pickers, are specialist materials handling machines used commonly in warehouses and distribution centres.
Unlike a traditional forklift truck, an Order Picker is designed to lift both the operator and the load to an elevated height, allowing them to collect individual items from shelves or racking.
Order Pickers are becoming increasingly popular machines in order fulfilment centres, where aisles are narrow and racking is often high. They can be found in retail and distribution environments such as Amazon warehouses.
Our Order Picker Operator Training Course will give you the necessary skills to operate the machine both safely and efficiently, complete a pre-use inspection and discuss the causes of instability of trucks and their loads.
Order Picker Lift Trucks are officially categorised as ABA Groups E1 & E2.
At Heads of the Valleys Training, we offer forklift training for all machine types.
