⚠️WALES TIER 4 LOCKDOWN UPDATE: Training and testing suspended ⚠️

Following advice from DVSA and other awarding bodies we have been forced to suspend all theory training, practical training and practical testing with immediate effect from Sunday 20 December 2020. 

We have taken the decision to cancel all training scheduled up to and including Sunday 17 January 2021. If your training or test falls within these dates then unfortunately it will not be going ahead.

The status of training and tests scheduled beyond this date is subject to further review by Welsh Assembly Government. We will continue to update our Facebook and website as updates are received, and will contact customers effected by email.

This announcement does NOT effect driver medicals scheduled at our clinics. If you have a medical appointment booked then this will be going ahead as planned.

If you live in Wales and have a theory test is booked at a centre in England (such as Bristol or Hereford) then you will not be able to attend.

We would like to apologise for the convenience this will inevitably cause. We have worked hard over the last few months to get back up and running and are saddened to yet again be temporarily closing our doors.

Our office staff will be working remotely throughout this period and will be contactable by telephone or email. Please note that our office is being manned with skeleton staff and will be contactable between 9.00AM and 1.00PM, Monday to Friday.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you back to the centre as soon as possible.

If you had training booked, but it was suspended due to Tier 4 restrictions:

We are awaiting further guidance from Welsh Government who will advise when it is safe for us to begin training and testing again. 

As soon as we have this information our team will contact you with revised training dates.

If you do not have any training booked, but you have enquired and added your details to our contact list:

Please bear with us - we are first clearing our backlog of training that was interrupted and suspended. We will contact you as soon as we have dates available to offer.

and sanitising stations 

All staff and customers are being provided with
necessary protective equipment 

We are checking the temperature of customers
and staff before training starts 

We are working on an appointment only basis to
reduce the through fall of customers 

We are cleaning surfaces and equipment regularly 

We have implemented a one-way system
at our training centre
