ADR Dangerous Goods

About the qualification

In line with the European agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road, drivers who are carrying hazardous substances must hold a valid ADR qualification.

All ADR exams are now completely electronically, meaning your card will be returned within just a few days of successful completion. 

The qualification is broken down into classes concerning different types of hazardous materials (see diagram below). 

We offer the following courses:

Full ADR (includes tanks)
Core, Packages, Tanks,
Classes Group A (2, 3, 6 & 8)
& Classes Group B (4, 5 & 9)

5 days including exams
Optional +28hrs Driver CPC with this course

ADR (excludes tanks)
Core, Packages, 
Classes Group A (2, 3, 6 & 8)
& Classes Group B (4, 5 & 9)

3.5 days including exams
Optional +21hrs Driver CPC with this course

ADR Refresher
including or excluding tanks
Note: Refresher must be completed within the final year of ADR validity

2 or 3 days including exams
Optional +7hrs Driver CPC with this course

We are also able to offer individual classes should you wish to add any on to your current ADR qualification

Classification of Dangerous Goods:

Please note that we do not offer training for Class 1 (Explosives) & Class 7 (Radioactive).
